Duty Manager
Job SummaryA Duty Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring systems that improve employee and organizational performance. The role focuses on setting performance standards, tracking KPIs, conducting evaluations, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting employee development to ensure business goals are achieved efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Planning & Strategy- Design and maintain performance management programs and processes
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics
- Align employee goals with organizational objectives
- Support strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal cycles
- Monitor employee productivity and departmental effectiveness
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations
- Create and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices across departments
- Analyze performance data, trends, and workforce metrics
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management
- Track employee engagement, retention, and productivity levels
- Recommend data-driven improvements for operational efficiency
- Train managers on performance evaluation methods
- Support employee learning and development programs
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual performance
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
