Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Service Technician located in San Angelo, TX. The Security Service Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining alarm systems, ensuring their reliability and functionality. Additional duties include conducting regular tests and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing high-quality customer support. The role also requires documenting service activities and supporting network security implementations and configurations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and maintaining Alarm Systems
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security principles
• Understanding of Occupational Health and compliance with safety standards
• Detail-oriented and able to handle service documentation accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous experience in security systems or a similar field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or technical training in security systems is a bonus
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required
