Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Bilingual Program Support Coordinator (English/Spanish) to join our team and help advance community initiatives through effective program management and outreach. Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee community programs that align with organizational objectives, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse populations.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition to build a motivated and effective volunteer team.
  • Coordinate program activities, including scheduling events, securing resources, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach through social media management and marketing efforts to promote programs and increase community engagement.
  • Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform continuous improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate public speaking engagements and presentations to promote programs and foster community partnerships.
  • Support fundraising efforts by assisting with grant writing, donor outreach, and organizing special events.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or program development is highly desirable.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences confidently.
  • Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media management, marketing strategies, and data collection tools.
  • Previous administrative experience including recruiting volunteers or staff, organizing events, or managing records.
