Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee community programs that align with organizational objectives, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse populations.
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition to build a motivated and effective volunteer team.
- Coordinate program activities, including scheduling events, securing resources, and ensuring smooth execution of initiatives.
- Conduct outreach through social media management and marketing efforts to promote programs and increase community engagement.
- Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform continuous improvement strategies.
- Facilitate public speaking engagements and presentations to promote programs and foster community partnerships.
- Support fundraising efforts by assisting with grant writing, donor outreach, and organizing special events.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or program development is highly desirable.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences confidently.
- Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling or related fields is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
