About the role:
This is a freelance, independent, commission-only sales partnership.
You will operate as your own business or consultancy, bringing your sales expertise, relationships, and approach.
You will collaborate directly with the Unicorn Intelligence founders and represent a highly specialized advisory offering.
There is no micromanagement here. Just trust, transparency, and shared outcomes.
What you will be selling:
Advisory and consulting services for funded health tech, mental health tech, and AI-enabled startups
Strategic risk, governance, and diligence services for VCs, PE firms, and investor groups
Advisory support for health systems navigating AI and emerging technologies
Retainer-based relationships, not one-off transactions
These are credibility-driven conversations.
Trust, judgment, and clarity matter more than volume.
What you will do:
Identify and engage well-matched B2B prospects globally
Lead discovery conversations that surface real needs
Guide prospects from first conversation through signed engagement
Collaborate with founders on scope, proposals, and next steps
Communicate clearly between clients and the delivery team
Build long-term relationships that lead to retained work
How compensation works:
Commission-only compensation
Generous commission structure
Residual income on retained clients
No caps, no territories, no artificial limits
You control your effort and your upside.
Who you are:
Have experience closing B2B deals in consulting, professional services, tech, or adjacent spaces
Are comfortable selling intangible, high-trust services
Communicate fluently and professionally in spoken and written English
Enjoy conversations with founders, executives, and investors
Work independently and follow through consistently
Are comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones
Nice to have, not required:
An existing network in startups, venture, or tech
Experience selling advisory or strategic services
Familiarity with healthcare, AI, or regulated industries
