Summary
Drive planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning programs for enterprise IT initiatives, including AI, cybersecurity, and workplace productivity tools. Manage learning logistics, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, learner assessments, content planning, event support, and evaluation to ensure effective adoption of technology solutions across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end learning logistics, including scheduling, registrations, communications, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to plan and execute learning initiatives.
- Assess learner needs and align learning experiences with business goals.
- Support design and development of learning materials, events, resources, and communications.
- Assist in creating user-friendly content for non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate and host virtual or in-person learning sessions.
- Implement surveys and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of project/program planning experience, preferably in corporate learning and development.
Preferred Skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience supporting technology learning programs (AI, cybersecurity, Microsoft tools, workplace applications).
- Virtual training facilitation experience (Zoom or similar platforms).
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics for end users.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience creating engaging learning content and visuals.
- Familiarity with agile development environments.
