QA Associate I – Frederick, MD (Onsite)
Schedule: Wed–Sat, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support for documentation and records
- Create and maintain logbooks and controlled documents
- File, scan, verify, and archive records accurately
- Maintain document archival room and ensure proper organization
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems/databases
- Perform word processing and general administrative tasks
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and easily retrievable
- Report compliance issues to management
- Support training and assist with assigned projects/tasks

Education:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
