Unicon Pharma is hiring a Publication Manager (Medical Affairs) for a leading pharmaceutical client's Global Medical Affairs Oncology team.
This is a fully remote, 12-month contract (extension and conversion to permanent possible), open to candidates working EST or CST hours.
In this role you will help develop, deliver, and execute the scientific communication strategy across global publications — abstracts, posters, and manuscripts — and supporting scientific materials. You will manage publication development in Datavision, coordinating internal and external review, authorship agreements, financial disclosures, and author approvals, while ensuring compliance with ICMJE authorship standards and Good Publication Practice (GPP).
You will partner with agency vendors to keep deliverables high-quality and on time, participate in publication planning and Medical Communications meetings, and support scientific congress activities.
You bring: 1–3 years of publications experience within pharmaceutical Medical Affairs; a solid understanding of clinical study data and pharmacotherapy; and a Bachelor's degree (Pharm D, MS, or PhD highly preferred). General oncology experience is a plus.
