Project Manager - III

Project Manager (Remote, 25% Travel to Foster City, CA)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate has strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience leading complex projects from planning through execution. Pharmaceutical or training experience is a plus, and new-hire onboarding experience—especially for sales teams—is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple functions.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) for alignment and decision-making.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, dashboards, status updates, and risk logs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings, communicate clearly, and resolve open issues.
• Support change management, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Pharmaceutical or training experience preferred.
• New-hire onboarding experience (ideally sales) strongly preferred.
• PMP certification a plus.

Basic Requirements

• HS diploma 12 years’ experience, OR
• Associate degree 10 years’ experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree 8 years’ experience
