Manage complex enterprise-level R&D projects across multiple business units
Work with cross-functional teams: R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Medical, etc.
Create project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget
Lead stakeholder communication and provide status updates to leadership/executives
Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records
Ensure quality standards and project objectives are met
Handle risk assessment, issue resolution, and process improvements
Experience required in:
- Project Management methodologies
- FDA regulated environment
- Design controls
- Manufacturing processes/equipment
- Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required
Bachelor’s degree required
