About the Role:
We're looking for a Global Program Manager (GPM) to partner with Product and Development leaders in driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment across drug development programs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring programs stay on track, risks are managed, and teams are ready for critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program planning, goal setting, and progress tracking
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Identify and mitigate risks across global programs
- Ensure readiness for governance meetings and portfolio reviews
- Develop executive-level updates and reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in life sciences, business, or related field
- 10 years in biotech/pharma; strong project/program management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle; early development or oncology experience is a plus
- Skilled communicator and strategic thinker with a track record of leading without authority
- Experience with tools like Planisware is a plus
