Associate Director – Project Management (Hybrid, Foster City | 3 days onsite: Tue/Wed/Thu | Local candidates only)
- Experience: 10 years (BS), 8 years (MS/MBA), or 4 years (PhD/PharmD/DVM/MD) in a scientific field.
- Required: 5 years of cross-functional project management experience; scientific background preferred.
- Responsibilities:Lead one complex or two smaller cross-functional development project teams.
- Partner with project leaders to drive execution, timelines, meetings, and team communications.
- Co-chair project team meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resources in Planisware (G.Plan).
- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare governance documents and support governance committee reviews.
- Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and project teams.
