Job Title: Sr Manager, Brand & Market Insights
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH
Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid / Remote
Compensation: $138-143k per year
Position Overview
Through a comprehensive understanding of people, the brand, and retail landscape, the Consumer Insights team will enable & empower the organization to leverage insights as a regular, valued, and natural input to strategy development and everyday decision making. This team thinks beyond consumers, with the goal of understanding humans, identifying and articulating their needs alongside actionable recommendations that support business growth.
What You Will Be Doing
The Sr Manager, Brand & Market Insights is responsible for building a deep understanding of people, the market, and the perception of our brand, enabling teams to Put Her First. Responsibilities include:
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Passion for putting people at the center of marketing efforts and using insights to drive engagement and brand love.
Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results.
Experience and success in using data to tell a story; including the ability to draw and synthesize insights from a number of different sources
Well-rounded experience in various research methodologies
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to be objective in analysis & share learnings constructively
Strong written and oral presentation skills
At least 5 years of experience with a background in research or marketing
Apparel Retail Experience Preferred But Not Required
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to lead a team with managerial experience

- Work closely with Brand Strategy and Customer Strategy teams to build a deep understanding of consumers and the market
- Drive brand health tracking initiatives to measure brand health and identify strategic opportunities for improvement
- Drive organizational understanding of the market and key categories within, informing senior leaders and cross-brand strategy initiatives.
- Provide insights to inform annual and seasonal marketing plans, ensuring were building strategies that support key drivers and break down key barriers.
- Develop monthly dashboards to socialize brand health and market share insights
- Create clear, concise presentations that highlight customer insights and articulate strategic opportunities for growth.
- Lead any ad hoc VS&Co projects that may not be tied to a specific brand (ie logistics, sustainability, credit and loyalty, etc.)
- Continually mine for innovative ways to approach customer insights
