Lead requirements discovery for large, complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives. Required 10 Years
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive clarity and alignment. Required 10 Years
Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, including gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams or systems. Required 10 Years
Create and review business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN. Required 10 Years
Translate business objectives into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements. Required 10 Years

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead requirements discovery for large, complex,cross-functional, or enterprise-level initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders,product owners, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive clarity and alignment.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, including gaps, risks, dependencies, and impacts across teams or systems.
- Create and review business process models,workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN.
- Translate business objectives into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable,traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Identify downstream impacts across systems,operations, reporting, training, policy, organizational change, and other business areas.
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business leaders to support refinement and delivery.
- Review requirements artifacts created by other analysts and provide coaching, feedback, and quality control.
- Support consistent BA standards, templates, and methods for requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proactively identify risks, assumptions,constraints, dependencies, and unresolved decisions that may affect successful delivery.
