We’re looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with strong experience working on W2 & C2C requirements, sourcing quality candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment.
Requirements:
✔ Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CB, Google & Job Boards
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Expertise in cold calling, referrals & internet-based sourcing strategies
