Dutch Harbor Brands, a family-owned leader in sustainable cleaning products for 35 years, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, e-commerce fulfillment, and logistics operations across our in-house brands and contract manufacturing division, A World of Wipes.
The Role
We are seeking a talented professional to manage inventory planning and optimization across multiple e-commerce platforms and wholesale channels; coordinate order fulfillment and logistics with warehouse and supplier teams; track ocean shipments and ensure import/export compliance; and generate weekly reports and performance metrics. This position serves as a critical liaison between warehouse operations, suppliers, customers, and digital sales channels.
What You'll Do
- Inventory & Planning: Develop and maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee cycle counts and forecasting, and coordinate with sales and customer service on demand adjustments.
- E-Commerce Operations: Facilitate order processing across multiple platforms, help coordinate warehouse fulfillment, monitor order flow efficiency, and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships, oversee import/export movements and ocean container tracking, optimize routing and shipping costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as liaison between warehouse, suppliers, customer service, and sales teams; support product launches and promotions; participate in process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Required: 3–5 years in supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations; hands-on experience with e-commerce multi-channel fulfillment; proficiency with WMS and inventory management software; familiarity with import/export documentation and ocean shipping; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Background in cleaning products or CPG manufacturing; knowledge of sustainable sourcing; experience with Amazon, Shopify, or FBA; supply chain certification (APICS CSCP/CPIM); contract manufacturing or 3PL experience.
