Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Conduct fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard customer accounts.
- Handle cash management duties, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping.
- Provide support in managing debits and credits, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Engage in relationship management to foster long-term client connections.
Requirements
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash management principles.
- Ability to operate financial software efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
- Saturdays required.
