Responsibilities
- Perform cash handling duties including processing deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the cash drawer, ensuring proper balancing and adherence to cash management policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting banking products tailored to customer needs.
- Travel between 3 branches in Poinsett County as needed. Advanced notice will be given.
- Detect and prevent potential fraud by monitoring transactions and following established security protocols.
- Utilize banking software and Microsoft Office tools to record transactions, update customer information, and generate reports.
- Assist with upselling banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, or loans to enhance customer relationships and meet sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer relationship management within a financial services or retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and industry compliance standards.
- Proficiency in cash handling, cashiering, and processing cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with banking software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills including retail math, debits & credits, and 10-key typing proficiency.
- Ability to adapt quickly across multiple branch locations as a float team member.
- Knowledge of financial sales techniques such as upselling and relationship management is preferred.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
