Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all interior spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing furniture, floors, and surfaces.
- Conduct deep cleaning and maintenance of carpets and rugs using specialized equipment.
- Manage waste disposal, including collecting and removing trash and recycling from all office areas, restrooms, and common spaces, and replacing liners.
- Maintain inventory, order, and restock all cleaning, restroom, and break room supplies.
- Clean interior windows and glass surfaces.
- Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment, such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
- Implement safety procedures, including securing areas with spills or debris until proper cleanup is completed.
- Provide logistical support for company events, including the setup and breakdown of furniture, tables, and equipment.
