Full Job Description:
Shift:
1st Shift (07:00 AM PM)
2nd shift -3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
3rd shift - 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
The Medical Packer is responsible for accurately packaging medical devices, supplies, or pharmaceutical products in a clean, controlled, and compliant environment. This role supports product quality, sterile integrity, and regulatory compliance through careful handling, inspection, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack, sort, and assemble medical products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all cGMP, FDA, ISO, and SOP requirements related to medical product packaging.
- Perform visual inspection of products and components to identify defects, damage, or contamination.
- Operate manual or semi-automated packaging equipment such as sealers, counting machines, and labelers.
- Maintain sterile or cleanroom protocols, including correct gowning and PPE usage.
- Accurately label packaged products, verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and documentation.
