Work Hours:
Ist shift: 07:00 am - 03:30 pm
2nd Shift: 03:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 07:30am
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated packaging equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
Perform all duties in strict accordance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety protocols.
Conduct thorough line clearances and machine changeovers between product batches to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper labeling and materials are used.
Perform in-process quality checks (e.g., visual inspections, weight checks, seal integrity, batch coding verification) and report any deviations immediately.
Accurately complete all batch production records, logbooks, and associated documentation in real-time, ensuring completeness and legibility.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of packaging rooms, machinery, and equipment as per established procedures.
Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and collaborate with the maintenance team for complex issues.
Ensure all equipment calibrations are current and records are maintained.
Adhere to all company safety, health, and environmental guidelines, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
