Blending Operator

Job Description:

• Perform accurate weighing, measuring, and verification of raw materials according to batch records, DOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Operate blending and mixing equipment such as V-blenders, ribbon blenders, high-shear mixers, granulators, and milling equipment.
• Conduct line clearance, equipment cleaning, and area preparation before and after production in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and cleaning validation requirements.
• Ensure proper identification, label
• ing, and traceability of materials throughout the blending process.
• Follow DOPs and established manufacturing instructions to ensure proper blending times, speeds, and sequencing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
