What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
- Answer and manage phones, emails, and SMS/text communication
- Assist customers with First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and insurance claims setup
- Schedule estimates, repairs, and drop-off appointments
- Check in vehicles and assist with intake basic photo documentation
- Provide real-time status updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Communicate with technicians and management for accurate updates
- Maintain and organize customer files (estimates, photos, approvals, notes)
- Process payments (cash, credit cards, insurance checks)
- Keep the front office clean, stocked, and professional at all times
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and written)
- Friendly, professional, and confident presence with customers
- Fast-paced multitasker who can handle constant updates and communication
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning multiple software systems (we will train)
- Comfortable using AI tools, messaging platforms, and modern office systems
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Team player who can move between front office and shop floor communication
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Must be comfortable using your personal smartphone for business apps (iPhone preferred, Android OK)
- Ability to walk the shop and communicate with technicians as needed
- Willingness to learn collision repair processes, insurance workflows, and software systems
- Previous customer service experience preferred (auto industry is a plus, not required)
