Production worker - 1st Shift
7:30am~4:00pm
Monday through Friday
Production of sealants by mixing technology
Material preparation
Shipment preparation
Fork lift driving
Production
Drum packing preparation, Raw material input, Mixer operation, Product packaging, Mixer daily inspection
Handling of chemical raw materials, finished product using forklift technology and other moving tools

Preparing raw materials for weighing
Shipment
Prepare your product for shipment
(Print and attach labels and barcodes, Drum banding,loading)
Driving a Forklift
Factory cleaning
Clean around the mixer, Material and product warehouse cleaning,
Cleaning the product packaging jig
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the United States (ITAR restrictions).
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work at this facility.
- High School diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; experience in a production environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate, read, understand and document effectively in English.
- Has basic computer operations aptitude including data entry in tablet
- Ability to work effectively with all employees as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task in support of end-result/goal.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job:
***Depending on the business needs, product line/programs in operation in a given week,
physical requirements will vary, as each machine and product line requires varying expectations
of sitting, standing, lifting, etc.
- Ability to talk and hear in order to communicate with others.
- Seated work for up to 30% of the workday.
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk throughout the facility including both indoors and outdoors.
- Requires frequent use of hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Must have ability to bend over and reach into machines as well as ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and rarely lifting 50 pounds or greater with assisting tool.
- Must be able to move materials by pushing, pulling or lifting.
- Where required employees must wear a minimum of 50% cotton clothing including undergarments to mitigate electrostatic discharge (ESD) and full mouth covered mask with filtration. Employees must also wear company issued safety-toed conductive footwear.
