Duties

- Coordinate packaging processes to maintain product freshness and presentation for retail or catering purposes.
- Supervise kitchen operations, including cooking, food production, and catering services, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Develop new recipes and menu items that showcase culinary innovation while meeting customer preferences.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on knife skills, food safety practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment in accordance with health codes.

Experience

- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, handling procedures, and sanitation standards.

- Experience working in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or catering services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
