Job Summary:
Unger's Shoe Store is seeking a sales professional to join our team. As a full-service, family-owned retail shoe store, we are committed to providing the best customer service and products to our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a full-service shoe fitting experience to our customers, working with great employees, handling product deliveries, and possessing a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and helping them find the perfect footwear.
- Accurately measure customers' feet and ensure they have the correct fit by recommending the appropriate size and style.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up to date with current fashion trends, shoe technology, and brand information.
- Handle product deliveries and maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor by arranging and displaying products in an attractive and visually appealing manner.
- Work with a team of great employees to provide a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Use basic math skills to process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- Always closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Requirements:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Unger's is always closed on Sunday and Monday.
