This is a full-time, hands-on role where you will apply your carpentry expertise across the entire project lifecycle, from shop production to final installation.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
I. On-Site Installation & Project Management
- Install custom cabinets, millwork, and related wood products with high precision according to client specifications and project blueprints.
- Manage on-site activities to ensure timely and high-quality completion of installation projects.
- Premium Skill Utilization: Apply your knowledge of trim carpentry and construction principles to ensure precise fit and finish.
II. Shop Production & Manufacturing Support
- Prepare and assemble wood products, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools for custom fabrication.
- Monitor and operate CNC machinery, ensuring efficient and accurate part production.
- Support finishing processes by hanging wood products on the conveyor for coating.
- Assist with inventory control by performing accurate counts of parts and accessories.
- Organize and manage shipping activities, including accurately labeling finished parts. Qualifications & Core Skills We Are Looking For
- Essential Skills: Proven proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and general carpentry.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in woodworking and the cabinet making process is required.
- Valued Skills: Experience in construction estimating is a significant asset that will enhance project efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to high-quality output and precision in both fabrication and installation.
