Senior Producer, Entertainment

The Senior Producer, Entertainment is responsible for shepherding creative projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring work moves efficiently, profitably, and at the highest quality standards. This role serves as the operational backbone of the creative process, partnering closely with Creative, Accounts, Resource Management, and Leadership to build scalable systems that support a growing entertainment marketing business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands the unique demands of entertainment marketing, and can balance creative needs with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Manage projects through their full lifecycle, from intake and scoping through production, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects remain on brief, on budget, and aligned with client expectations throughout production.

Creative Operations & Resource Management

  • Partner closely with Resource Operations to identify, secure, and allocate internal and freelance talent across Key Art and AV projects.
  • Monitor team utilization and capacity, helping balance workloads while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Act as a key liaison between Creative, Accounts, and Production to ensure teams are set up for success.
  • Create an environment where creative teams can focus on producing exceptional work while operational needs are seamlessly managed.

Process Development & Infrastructure

  • Help build, refine, and scale operational infrastructure to support the evolving needs of the entertainment marketing landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline communication, and increase efficiency across departments.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for project management, resource planning, file organization, and production workflows.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of tools, systems, and processes that improve visibility and accountability.

Financial Stewardship

  • Track project budgets, utilization, margins, and resource allocation to ensure financial goals are achieved.
  • Assist in forecasting resource needs and production costs based on project pipelines and business growth.

Client & Account Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Account Leadership to ensure client needs are understood and executed upon from project intake through completion.
  • Provide clear communication regarding project status, timelines, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Help facilitate client feedback and approval processes, ensuring smooth progression through creative development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client objectives, priorities, and deliverable requirements.

Production & Deliverables

  • Oversee the production and trafficking of final assets across key art, digital, OOH, social, and AV campaigns.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, freelancers, and external partners as needed to execute work successfully.

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in creative production, project management, operations, or agency production leadership.
  • Experience in entertainment marketing, key art, AV, creative advertising, or related agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of resource management, creative workflows, and production processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where processes are still being built and refined.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, utilization, and project profitability.
