Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an ideal role for an early-career professional who loves talking to people, thrives on new business development, and wants a path to grow into a full-cycle sales professional. You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities, prospecting into targeted accounts, conducting outreach, running discovery calls, and helping move deals through the pipeline.
Because this is a high-contact, hands-on role, you’ll be working in-office at our Lisle HQ, where you’ll be able to collaborate, learn, and grow quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
- Research accounts and identify decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling intro pitches and product positioning.
- Support full sales cycle activities including follow-ups, documentation, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 1 year in a sales role (AE, BDR, SDR, inside sales, customer-facing, or outbound)
- Comfortable with cold outreach or prospecting experience
- Previous technology sales or SaaS experience is a plus, but not mandatory
