Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Director to join our team on-site at our Bowling Green, KY location. This is a full-time role responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth. The Marketing Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee marketing budgets, and support sales initiatives through innovative market planning and management efforts. This role also requires the ability to lead and mentor team members to achieve organizational marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong skills in Market Research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Sales to drive campaigns and achieve revenue targets effectively.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with technology or platform-based solutions is a plus.
