What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Control Residential Underwriting Inspector position at Underwriter Services Association?
Inspection Depot is currently managing various inspection programs. We have an immediate need for inspectors to complete inspections in multiple counties.
We currently looking for field inspectors to facilitate these programs, in addition to completing underwriting and insurance inspection services, including conditions, high value, replacement cost.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong computer and IT abilities and prior construction experience.
Training and apprenticeship program are available/provided to those that qualify.
Duties Include
Taking photographs
Writing Reports
Scheduling Inspections
Required Equipment
Ladder or Extension Pole for taking roof photos.
Stable Transportation
