Responsibilities

● Develop, manage, and execute social media calendars across multiple accounts.

● Actively engage with followers and participate in relevant cultural conversations and

trends.

● Research and analyze audience behavior to increase traffic, engagement, and brand

awareness.

● Conceptualize and produce content for social platforms (short-form videos, graphics,

stories, etc.).

● Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, and campaigns.

● Assist in developing creative briefs for content creators, influencers, and internal teams.

● Research and identify creators and influencers for collaborations.

● Conduct outreach and coordinate influencer partnerships.

● Manage relationships with artists, brands, and content partners.

● Prepare detailed reports on social performance, trends, and campaign effectiveness.

● Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.

● Assist in managing approvals, asset production, and deadlines with clients and partners.

● Work closely with project leads on various social media initiatives.

● Ensure all content aligns with brand and campaign goals.


Qualifications

● 1-2 years of experience in the music industry, social media marketing, content creation,

or digital strategy.

● Proficiency in core social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook,

Threads, Snapchat, etc.).

● Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube

Studio, Google Analytics).

● Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, demonstrated in past work.

● Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend strategic

adjustments.

● Effective verbal communication and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

● Strong DSLR or Mirrorless camera shooting skills (studio and field production experience

required)

● Experience producing and capturing creator-style or influencer-driven content

● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve; basic After Effects knowledge a
