What are the responsibilities and job description for the Underground Utility Locator position at Underground Services, Inc.?
Underground Services, Inc. is a rapidly growing underground utility mapping company that services the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic. USI is currently seeking multiple underground utility locators in our southeastern Pennsylvania and Baltimore, Maryland locations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a underground utility locator or similar position
- Experience with electromagnetic/radio frequency locator equipment
- Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar is preferred, but not required
- Experience with air vacuum trucks
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with survey equipment is a plus
- Trimble GPS, Total Station, etc.
- Able to read & interpret utility plans and drawings
- Must have valid drivers license & clean motor vehicle record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
