About the Role
We’re seeking a Videographer & UGC Content Creator to support our growing creative and social teams. This role sits at the intersection of production and culture. You’ll be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering high-performing video content — from polished brand work to native, scroll-stopping social content.
This is the perfect role for someone who understands how content actually performs online and can execute quickly without sacrificing quality. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and clients to bring stories to life across social, digital, events, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot and edit video content for social media, campaigns, events, and brand activations
Create short-form, native UGC-style content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and real-time content on shoots and at events
Edit both short-form and long-form video assets for multiple platforms
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to shape visual storytelling
Organize footage, manage files, and deliver assets on time and to spec
Stay current on social trends, formats, and platform best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation (agency, freelance, or brand experience accepted)
- Strong portfolio or reel showcasing shooting, editing, and social-first content
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio
- Comfortable shooting on camera and/or directing talent
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Bonus:
- Motion graphics or light animation
- Experience shooting events or live environments
- Drone experience (licensed preferred)
- Strong instincts for what performs on social and why
