What you’ll do:
- Craft delightful, data-driven best-in-class product experiences to ensure students succeed from signup to graduation
- Evolve & expand strategies for prioritizing instructor/coach time to effectively support diverse student populations
- Strategize AI integration to enhance personalized learning experiences
- Advocate for students, instructors, and coaches by deeply understanding their needs
- Manage a proprietary learning platform while expanding curricula and learning modalities
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and operations teams to iterate quickly
- Communicate product vision clearly and manage tradeoffs between priorities
This job is for you if you have:
- 3 years of consumer-facing product management experience
- BA/BS in a quantitative discipline (computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills (SQL/data visualization proficiency) and communication abilities
- Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders
- Hands-on execution mindset with comfort making data-driven prioritization decisions
- Bias for action in fast-paced environments
Bonus points for:
- Startup experience in B2B2C/B2C EdTech or healthcare sectors
- Background in A/B testing or data-driven product development
- Technical familiarity with software development workflows (e.g., GitHub navigation)
