About the Role
We are seeking for Quality Control technicians that will be responsible for supporting food safety and quality programs by performing routing inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet company, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and finished product quality checks, including Product weight verification, Seal integrity, package and label inspections, lot code and best by date accuracy, etc.
- Monitor process control (CCPs, QCPs, Allergen Control, Foreign Material Control, Product Specifications) to ensure adherence to all food safety and quality programs.
- Complete quality records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete daily GMP audits on the production floor and report non-conformance.
- Collect and document product samples according to established procedures.
- Identify, document, and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams.
- Assist and reinforce food safety and quality practices and standards including GMPs, Food Defense, Sanitation, Allergen Controls and HACCP/Food Safety.
- Work with the management team to implement and improve the food safety and quality system.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and understand English, preferred bilingual English/Spanish.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality control preferred.
- Basic math skills (weights, counts, measurements)
- Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers.
- Excellent work ethic, always on time and very reliable.
- Extremely detail-oriented and consistent.
- A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner.
- Able to complete physical work such as bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and standing for up to 10-12 hours at a time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
