Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in New Haven, CT. The Technician will be responsible for performing power washing services, operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, and delivering high-quality customer service. They will also conduct routine inspections of equipment and vehicles, handle basic maintenance tasks, and ensure cleanliness and readiness of tools. Attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks are essential to this position.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate power washing and cleaning equipment effectively and safely
- Basic mechanical skills, including knowledge of equipment maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform hands-on, outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service capabilities
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Relevant experience in power washing or industrial cleaning is a plus
Compensation
- Salary plus profit sharing
- $60k-$70k annually
