Hours: 20–30 per week. Candidates with overlapping skills, such as project management paired with content strategy, or design paired with copywriting, may have the option to combine this role with another open contract, with additional hours available if desired.

Typical availability: 12-5pm EST

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Content Project Manager to bring clarity, structure, and calm to our fast-moving creative ecosystem. You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy, production, and execution, ensuring that our content, partnerships, and platform initiatives move forward with precision and heart.

Responsibilities:

• Be the glue. You’ll own content calendars, project timelines, task assignments, and approval workflows across UHE and our partner brands.
• Keep projects moving. From strategy to execution, you’ll coordinate across creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Lead with clarity. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring everyone has what they need and knows what’s coming next.
• Spot roadblocks early. You’ll identify risks before they become issues, communicate them proactively, and recommend thoughtful, actionable solutions.
• Create structure with soul. You’ll help streamline systems, refine workflows, and foster accountability in a way that’s supportive, not rigid.
• Own the details. From ensuring assets are correctly named to confirming a post goes live when it should. You keep the trains running on time.

Ideal Qualifications:

• You bring strong project management skills, a love for timelines, and a knack for organizing creative chaos.
• You’re an empathetic communicator and able to navigate competing priorities and keep energy grounded and forward-moving.
• You have a solid understanding of content production workflows, especially across social media, design, video, and editorial.
• You’re comfortable managing multiple projects at once and can adapt quickly when timelines shift.
• You know your way around project management tools like Monday.com and Google Drive, and thrive in a remote, async-first environment.
• Bonus points for a track record in brand development for consumer or media platforms
