Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Operations Associate to join our Robots Security Company. This role is essential in supporting our daily business functions, ensuring smooth operations, and repairing our robotic dog fleet within the Atlanta Metro Area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in problem solving. We will teach you from the ground up, so no experience is necessary. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a fast-paced organization, and can extend into full time employment for the right individuals. The pay rate is $40 for the first site of the day, and $25 for each additional site (each site has 2 robots and you will be expected to ensure that both are online). Repairs can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 1.5 hours.
Duties
- Repairing robot dogs in the field that go down on a daily basis
- Being able to turn the dog off and on
- Turning the hotspot off and on
- Problem solving to work out a solution to get the site online when simple solutions have failed
- Driving from site to site with your own vehicle in the Atlanta Metro area to repair these robot dogs
- Communicate with the engineering team about faults to resolve deeper issues
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- A self starter: You can own responsibilities with little oversight and take initiative without needing any direction
- Have your own vehicle to get from site to site
- Live within the Atlanta Metro area and be able to drive 15-30 minutes to each site
- No degree necessary
- Problem solving skills are essential
- Ability to interact with curious individuals and explain our company and what we do. (People are always curious when they see the robots)
