Are you a top-performing B2B sales rep ready to own a territory and build serious income? Unconventional Solutions is hiring 6 Outside Sales Representatives across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana to grow our industrial client base and drive new revenue.
We've been delivering pipeline coding inspection products and services to oil, gas, mills, and automotive industries since 2002. Our reps don't just sell - they become trusted partners to the industrial and manufacturing customers they serve.
What You'll Earn
- Base salary: $50,000
- Total first-year compensation: $75,000–$140,000
- Top commission reps currently earning $125,000–$140,000/year
- Transition to full commission available once you hit $80K/month in revenue
Revenue Ramp Targets
- Month 1–3: ~$25,000/month
- Month 6: $50,000/month
- Month 12: $100,000 /month
What You'll Do
- Manage a territory of 200–400 B2B accounts (active, inactive, and prospect)
- Generate 20–40 outbound calls per day or 12–15 in-person stops per day
- Conduct 5–7 product presentations daily with plant buyers and decision-makers
- Reactivate dormant accounts and grow share of wallet with existing customers
- Stay focused within a 5-mile daily radius for maximum in-field efficiency
- Track all activity and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- Partner with sales manager and ownership on territory strategy
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial or manufacturing a plus)
- Proven top-20% performer with consistent quota attainment
- Strong in-person presentation and consultative selling skills
- Disciplined with daily activity, pipeline management, and self-direction
- Comfortable working independently in the field every day
- CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus
- Reliable personal transportation required
No industry-specific certifications needed - we provide full product training.
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Work from home; in the field five days per week
- Target start date: July 14, 2026
