What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce innovative solutions
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build long-term partnerships
- Keep records updated in CRM, track interactions, and manage leads efficiently
- Meet and exceed goals to fuel revenue growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first call through closing
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in technical sales or a related field
- Confident in outbound calling with strong communication skills
- Experience using CRM software to manage opportunities
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or surpassing sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Background in telemarketing and / or sales
