Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. (Base Salary plus uncapped commission)

Job Overview

 

Help us continue our growth by initiating conversations with ideal prospects. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls. Hunt for potential customers via cold calls, networking, and events. Build referral networks and maintain CRM records. Use Microsoft 365 and AI tools to manage tasks and messaging. Represent our values with professionalism and integrity.

 

The career path for this role progresses to Business Development Executive, then on to Executive Account Manager or Sales Engineer.

 

Duties

  • 100 outbound calls/day
  • Door to door canvassing and business networking
  • 2 qualified discovery calls/day
  • Active participation in meetings and training

 

Qualifications

  • 2-years work experience in direct sales
  • Demonstrate success in hunting/prospecting
  • 2-years work experience using Microsoft 365 and CRMs
  • High School diploma or equivalent
