Uncommon Grounds roasts its own coffee and bakes bagels fresh daily right in the store. We hire people who care about how their food and drinks are made. We promote from within and will train you on our artisan cafe operations from the ground up.
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to University Plaza
- Authorized to work in the United States

Your Day-to-Day
- Run the point of sale and ring up guest orders accurately.
- Pull espresso shots and prepare coffee drinks to standard.
- Prep fresh ingredients and build sandwiches to order.
- Clean the dining room, kitchen, and prep stations continuously.
- Help your team keep up and stay organized during busy rushes.
- Restock inventory and set up your workstation for the next shift.
