What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Bartender position at Uncommon Grill?
Uncommon Grill is a casual dining restaurant and bar in Watertown, CT. We are looking for hard-working individuals who have a passion for learning, a love of food and drinks, and a positive attitude. This is a fast-paced restaurant where we strive to work as a team to give excellent customer service and to create a fun atmosphere.
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, hardworking and energetic individual to join our bartending team. A successful candidate will have significant bartending experience, be capable of handling multiple tasks at once and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent service and hospitality to our guests.
- Proficiently answering questions about menu items, ingredients, or specials.
- Working as a team to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar as well as bar storage areas.
- Completing opening prep work and/or closing duties.
- Changing kegs.
- Putting away inventory.
- Monitoring guests consumption and following ID protocols.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have 2 years of experience.
- Must be able to work nights & weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.35 - $50.00 per hour
