About the Role
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for leading multiple branch locations across the Western Region, driving operational performance, profitability, and scalable growth. This role will oversee branch leadership teams while ensuring consistency in execution, accountability, customer experience, and financial performance. This position is critical to the company's strategic objective of growing the regional business by 3–5x over the coming years. The ideal candidate is a high-accountability operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building teams and systems, and has a demonstrated track record of growing multi-location service organizations. Responsibilities
Regional Leadership & Operations
- Provide leadership and direction to branch managers across the region.
- Drive operational consistency and execution across all locations.
- Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop local leadership teams to improve performance and succession planning.
- Conduct regular site visits to support branch operations, customer relationships, and employee development.
P&L Ownership
- Own regional financial performance and profitability.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong operational efficiency and margins.
- Monitor key business metrics and hold branch leaders accountable for results.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, utilization, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement without compromising service quality.
Growth & Business Development
- Partner with sales and customer service teams to identify and capture growth opportunities.
- Support strategic account development and customer retention efforts.
- Help expand market presence through operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regional planning initiatives that support long-term growth objectives.
Process & Systems Implementation
- Ensure standardized operating procedures are implemented and followed across all branches.
- Drive adoption of company systems, reporting tools, and operational best practices.
- Improve operational visibility through scorecards, KPIs, and performance management processes.
- Lead change management initiatives associated with growth and operational transformation.
Talent Management
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing branch leadership teams.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Create a culture focused on safety, performance, and employee engagement.
- Support leadership development initiatives throughout the region.
Qualifications
- 7 years of leadership experience in a multi-location operations environment.
- Proven success managing a regional business unit or multiple branches with full P&L responsibility.
- Experience driving growth, profitability, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong background in industrial services, construction services, facility services, specialty contracting, coatings, roofing, waterproofing, restoration, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing managers and frontline teams.

Pay range and compensation package
$150,000–$200,000 base salary
