At Uncommon Cents Investing, you will coordinate client paperwork, handle reception and scheduling duties, enter data and manage the CRM and Schwab processing requests, help the team with various preparation for events and meetings, assist with customer interactions and planning, manage documents and file maintenance. Success comes from exceptional follow-through, organization, communication and genuine care for people.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and excellent detail-oriented system management skills, strong computer and CRM skills (SalesForce & Schwab. We prefer experience in the financial industry (or insurance or other complex detail environment) with database management and reporting capabilities.
