We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Level I or II Architectural Staff Member to collaborate on project teams throughout the design process. About the Role:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs from concept through construction documentation and construction.
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conducted site analyses and integrated findings into design solutions.
- Assist in creating project schedules, cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design (internship experience may be considered).
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (Revit and AutoCAD required).
- Strong graphic and visualization skills; proficiency in tools such as Lumion and Rhino.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- We have core hours five days a week with an optional hybrid schedule allowing for personal flexibility.
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required, and most will be local however 1-2 day trips may be needed occasionally.
