About UNCO

UNCO is a Dallas-based hospitality group behind six unique concepts: HG Sply Co., Leela’s Wine Bar, Standard Service, Culpepper Cattle Co., Hero, and Milli. Our marketing team leads creative direction, social media, content strategy, events, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling across all properties.

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, excited to contribute bold ideas, and ready to jump into a fast-paced, creative environment.

Role Overview

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Manager and team across design, social media, events, and creative projects. This role is ideal for someone energetic, curious, and collaborative - someone who thrives around different personalities, stays positive, and isn’t afraid to try new things.

Responsibilities

• Assist with graphic design using Canva or Adobe (signage, menus, simple collateral).
• Support social media tasks including content creation, caption writing, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Help with email campaigns through copywriting and basic layout design.
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing-led events.
• Support creative direction during photoshoots and video shoots.
• Help build influencer lists and assist with tracking and reporting.
• Support website updates and general marketing maintenance tasks.

Pay & Hours

• $17–$20 per hour
• 20 hours per week
• Eligible for school credit

Qualifications

• Ability to work in person at our Dallas, Texas office
• Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to restaurant locations as needed
• Occasional weekend support for events may be required (not common)
