Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow
- Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing fixtures and adapting existing systems as needed
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair
- Knowledge of construction plumbing standards, local building codes, and blueprint reading
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading, welding, and water system maintenance
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing manual tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications
- Handyman experience or background in remodeling is a plus
