Daytime Food Truck Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team during midday/evening. The ideal candidates will be passionate about food service and customer satisfaction, ensuring a delightful experience for our patrons. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing and serving delicious food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Plus if you are available some Saturdays!

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Serve customers efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, accurately write and ring in orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food truck, including cooking areas, serving stations, and dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow time management practices to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Culinary skills or experience in grocery store operations is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Available some Saturdays
