Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Uncle Sam's Contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or special projects.
- Assist with floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
